At the end of May, a retired higher-ed professional took a week-long tour of the country of Iceland. Eight travelers (from all over the world) rode around the entire country in a van with a tour guide that introduced them to incredible sites. Lots of pictures and lots of stories will be shared along with unknown facts and discoveries about Iceland that this itinerant instructor learned.

In this class, we will explore how tools like ChatGPT and other chatbots can help with writing emails and letters, planning meals and managing grocery lists, researching health topics before doctor visits, organizing travel plans, learning new hobbies, and more. No technical background required, just curiosity! Each session builds confidence through simple, real-world examples tailored to the interests and needs of our class. You will leave with practical skills you can use right away, plus a clearer understanding of what these tools can (and cannot) do.
